Our Fabric Backdrop Media Wall With Adjustable Stand is the perfect promotional tool for a classy, streamlined backdrop, made from 100% machine-washable polyester and printed using our custom TrueKolor fabric printing process for studio backdrops, stage and event backgrounds, photobooths, press conferences, award ceremonies, and red carpets. Attached to an adjustable stand that keeps the backdrop tucked in place regardless of environmental conditions, and printed with a matte, glare-free finish for a readable display every time, it uses our eco-solvent TrueKolor process to keep colours pure and fade-free over time while staying kinder on your body than harsh chemical alternatives. Durable, fade-resistant, and easy to use, the twist-lock telescopic stand lets you adjust height or width to fit your preference, with fabric customizable to cover anywhere from 1.5 to 3 metres of wall space.

  • Include the Adjustable Frame & Carrybag gives you the complete display: an adjustable backdrop stand, your printed fabric banner and a carry bag. It assembles without tools.
  • No Frame - Replacement Banner Only gives you the printed fabric banner on its own. Choose this if you already own the matching frame and want to refresh worn graphics, update your branding or keep a second design ready for different events.

If you are ordering a replacement banner, select the same size as your existing frame so the graphic fits correctly.

Sizes and print quality

Choose the size that suits your space and the number of people you want in shot:

  • 1.5m W x 1.5m H: compact, for one-to-one interviews, tabletop filming and small rooms
  • 1.8m W x 1.8m H: a versatile size for headshots, pairs and smaller stands
  • 2.4m W x 2.4m H: a full-height wall for group photos and stage backdrops
  • 3m W x 2.4m H: the widest option, a 3m x 2.4m backdrop banner for press walls and larger groups

Graphics are printed using dye-sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fabric fibres rather than leaving it sitting on the surface. This gives rich, vivid colour and sharp logos that look clean in photographs and on video.

From artwork to delivery

Ordering is straightforward and nothing is printed until you are happy with it.

  • Our team prepares a free 2D design proof, with unlimited revisions and no obligation to buy
  • Check the proof and approve it when it looks right
  • Production starts within 24 business hours of your approval

Your media wall arrives complete with the printed graphic, plus the frame and carry bag when you choose the frame option. If a print error is our fault, we reprint it free of charge. Unused frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days.

Care, reuse and storage

This portable media wall is designed to be reused many times. The frame assembles and dismantles without tools, and everything packs back into the carry bag for transport and storage.

  • Remove the fabric graphic carefully before taking the frame down
  • Store the banner clean and dry, away from damp
  • Keep the frame parts together in the carry bag so nothing goes missing between events
  • Do a quick test build before an important event so set-up on the day goes smoothly

When your branding changes, you do not need a new stand. Order a replacement banner in the same size and keep using the frame you already own. PVC-free fabric options such as 600D eco polyester are also available.
