3-Sided, 4-Sided, Zip, Velcro or Slit Back?

Every size comes in five back styles. Choose based on whether staff sit behind the table and whether you need to reach anything stored underneath.

  • 3 sided-open back: covers the front and both ends, leaving the rear open so seated staff have legroom and quick access to stock, leaflets and bags.
  • 4 sided: fully enclosed on every side, suited to tables that visitors can walk around or view from any angle.
  • 4 sided-back with zipper: an enclosed back panel that unzips when you need to get underneath, then closes neatly again.
  • 4 sided-back with velcro: a hook-and-loop fastening on the back panel that opens and reseals in seconds.
  • 4 sided-back with slit: a back panel with an opening for reaching through, keeping the rear looking closed from a distance.

Your design is applied by dye-sublimation, a process that bonds ink into the fabric rather than leaving it sitting on the surface. This gives crisp logos, smooth colour gradients and a print that does not crack or peel. Artwork can run across the front panel and continue around the ends, so a slogan, pattern or photographic background can wrap the table rather than appearing as a small patch in the middle.

  • Our design team prepares a free 2D proof showing how the artwork sits on each panel. Revisions are unlimited and there is no obligation to buy.
  • Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
  • Your cover then goes into production and is dispatched once complete.

If a print error on our side means the cover does not match your approved proof, we reprint it free of charge. If you have a fixed event date, mention it when you request your proof so the team can advise on timing.

Packing and Reusing Your Table Cover

A good fitted cover should last for many events, not just one. After each show, shake off dust and crumbs, deal with any marks promptly, and make sure the fabric is completely dry before packing it away.

  • Fold loosely along the natural panel lines, or roll it, to reduce sharp creases.
  • Keep it in a clean bag or box, away from damp, direct sunlight and anything sharp.
  • Before the next event, smooth out any packing marks once the cover is on the table.
