Monitor bracket cannot hold the monitor up

Unfortunately we have lost 2 monitors to this stand. The stand itself is strong enough to hold the monitor, and the stand itself is very useful and fits into exhibition spaces nicely however the bracket provided to hold the monitor on to the stand is not strong enough, and after about 20 minutes it slips off. I wouldn't recommend to anyone wanting to attach a monitor to the banner.

Customer service has also been time wasting, wont be using this service again.
