We've ordered from several suppliers — none come close to this level of quality and service. Will 100% reorder.

The free 2D design mockup sold us immediately. Exactly what we saw in the preview was what arrived at our door.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a silicone edge graphic? +
A narrow silicone strip is stitched around the border of a dye-sublimated fabric print. That strip presses into a matching groove machined along the inside of the aluminium extrusion, and the tension pulls the fabric drum-tight across the opening. Because the fixing is hidden inside the profile, you see an unbroken printed surface with a clean frame line and no poppers, tape or bolts anywhere on the face.
When do I need a deeper frame profile? +
Depth is about rigidity and light, not appearance. A 40mm profile is right for wall-mounted panels where the structure is carried by the wall. A 60mm profile handles larger spans and freestanding work without flexing across the middle. The 120mm depth exists mainly for illuminated units, because LEDs need distance between the light source and the fabric to spread evenly. Choose a shallow frame for a backlit panel and you will see individual bright spots through the graphic.
Should I go wall-mounted or freestanding? +
Wall-Mounted SEG Fabric displays in 40mm and 60mm depth suit showrooms, receptions and retail spaces where the graphic is a permanent fixture and floor space is valuable. Freestanding media walls suit exhibitions and events, where the same hardware travels to different sites and nothing can be fixed to the venue. If you are exhibiting in a shell scheme, check with the organiser first, since drilling or fixing into supplied walls is normally prohibited.
How should artwork be prepared for a backlit SEG light box? +
Illuminated fabric behaves differently from a printed panel viewed under hall lighting. Colours lift and lighten when the LEDs come on, so images that look correct on screen can appear bleached in the finished unit. Dark areas lose their weight, and thin reversed-out type can bloom at the edges. Use stronger mid tones, avoid large flat areas of pale colour, and ask us for a free 2D mockup and backlit file guidance before committing to print.
What width of media wall should I order? +
Match the wall to the plot, then subtract. A SEG Fabric Media Wall at 1.2m W x 2m H works as a single feature panel or a photo point. The 3m W version fills a standard small stand rear wall. The 4m W x 2.5m H and 5m W x 2.5m H options give a taller face that reads over the heads of a crowd, which matters in a busy hall like Manchester Central. The 6m W wall is for full frontage where you want an uninterrupted branded backdrop.
Will I see joins on a wide wall? +
On the widest formats the graphic is produced in more than one section, so the honest answer is that a join exists. What matters is where it falls. Plan the design so panel divisions land in quiet areas of the artwork rather than through a logo, a face or a headline, and repeat elements across the seam rather than centring something on it. Handled properly, the eye reads the wall as continuous.
How do I refresh the graphic later? +
Order a replacement skin to the same frame dimensions and swap it over; the aluminium stays in service indefinitely. This is why SEG works well for organisations that rebrand, run seasonal campaigns or share hardware between departments. Keep a record of the exact frame model and internal dimensions, because a skin cut to the wrong size either will not seat in the channel or will sag once fitted.
How should the fabric skin be cleaned and packed? +
Fold the skin rather than screwing it into a ball, and keep the silicone beading on the inside of the fold so it is not crushed or dragged across rough surfaces. A torn or stretched strip is the usual reason a skin stops sitting properly in the channel, and it cannot be repaired invisibly. Spot clean marks with a damp cloth and mild detergent, air dry fully before storing, and never store the fabric damp.
